Why I didn't get Jackpot?
First of all, to get Jackpot prize you need to have one of the following accounts: VIP / GOLD / CHIEF / LORD / ACE. Secondary, prize is available only on new poker games (without 2004 ending in game name). Detailed Jackpot rules can be found here: http://www.gamedesire.com/jackpot.html
Why Jackpot is not granted to your account in some situations? Check most common cases:
1) Four of a kind – in Texas Hold'em game only JJJJ to AAAA are Jackpot hands. In Omaha and 5 Card Draw only straight flush hands can be awarded with Jackpot.
2) 1 vs. 1 game – in games, where only two opponents are playing, Jackpot is not granted. Only players who are taking part in hand are taken into consideration. Players, who just sit down and don't have cards yet, are not counted in this group.
3) Table private/closed – if during Jackpot hand table is closed by its owner, prize is not granted.
4) Opponents folded – to get Jackpot, at least one opponent have to check player bet and and the hand must be played in a showdown. It means, that if player with Jackpot hand will bet and all opponents will fold, even if cards will be shown at the end, Jackpot will not be granted.
In case of problems with Jackpot, please report hand number, visible all the time during your game in upper left corner, like # 91 720 832. Hands numbers can be also found in Dealer tab (chat) and in Hands History (F5 key). You can also use F9 key to make screenshot from your table, saved on your desktop, to send it in email to support.
Also please remember, that all games you have played on your computer, are being saved as detailed files in your My Documents folder in Gamedesire subdirectory.
Amount of Jackpot paid depends on table stakes, where game is played.
For No-limit/Pot limit games:
80% when max. buyin >= 1M, which means stakes from 5K/10K
60% when max. buyin >= 100K, which means stakes from 500$/1K
40% when max. buyin >= 10K, which means stakes from 50$/100$
20% when max. buyin >= 0, which means stakes from 5$/10$
For Fixed Limit games:
80% when big blind >= 50K, which means stakes from 25K/50K
60% when big blind >= 5K, which means stakes from 2.5K/5K
40% when big blind >= 500, which means stakes from 250$/500$

For example: if Jackpot is at the moment 342 486$, and game is being played on 500$/1K table, in case of gaining the prize, amount 60% of Jackpot will be paid, which is 205 492$.
