All information about achievements available on our site are shown in „My profile” tab -> „See achievements stats”, which can be found at the top of your profile. After choosing this option, first you will see history of achievements you have gathered so far. Pick „Learn more” and you will be redirected to „Players” tab -> „Achievements” option.

„Ranking” presents most active players of the site along with number of points they have received and obtained achievements. „Learn more” presents list of possible achievements, that can be gathered on our site.

Frequently asked questions:

Game chips activity
Achievement is connected with new Poker games (without 2004 in name) and Bingo. Number of points received depends on table stakes or tournament prize pool where you are playing.

Game activity
This achievement is mostly for Pool games and amount of points depends on number of games you have played in a given day. There is unfortunatelly no simple conversion rate here (i.e. 1 game = 1 point).

Profile completion
Achievement can be received in monthly cycles. If profile was more than 50% completed, you will get this achievement at first day of new month (not at the moment when you fill your profile).

Medals
Medals have usually are visible on your profile for 7 days. After this period, they are removed from profile, but you can still see them in history of gathered achievements.

Beta Tester
This achievement is added to players, who have significantly helped us in testing new games (with BETA status in name).

Popular profile
Exactly like in Profile completion achievement, this one is added to player profile always first day of new month, if number of visits on profile is significant.

Poker tournament player
Achievement can be received after playing 5 planned tournaments in a given day. From this group only qualification tournaments are excluded, so called satellites, like Champions League Satellite. Achievement applies to all tournaments played and finished the same day and is transferred to profile at about 05.30 UTC server time. Present server time is visible after entering game at the bottom of the screen.

Poker S&G player
Can be received for completing 5 Sit&Go tournaments the same day. From this group 1 vs 1 tournaments are excluded, which is Gladiator tourney. All tournaments have to start and finish the same day.

Photo censor
Achievement is reserved only to admins of public rooms, who have possibility to censor photos, added by players to their profiles.
 
Are unused points transferred to next months?
Yes. For example if player have at the moment 800 points, first day of new month 200 points is substracted from account and changed in CHIEF status with monthly expiration date, but on account there are still 600 points available.

My VIP/GOLD was changed to CHIEF/LORD/ACE
CHIEF/LORD/ACE are more prestigious accounts, with similar to GOLD functionality. If you have purchased VIP or GOLD, then it is still available but with new name. If bought account will expire during using CHIEF/LORD/ACE, status of those accounts will not be terminated before end of the month.

I have won 5 tournaments with 7 days VIP prizes. Why VIP is not on my profile anymore?
VIP and GOLD accounts, that can be won in our tournaments, are not summing up. It means, that if you will win VIP for 7 days, you will have it only for 7 days from the moment when tournament will be finished. If you will win 5 tournaments, you will not get 35 days VIP, only 7 days from the end of last played tourney.

Wszystkie informacje na temat osiągnięć dostępnych na naszym serwisie, widoczne są w zakładce Mój profil -> opcja "Zobacz statystyki osiągnięć", znajdująca się w górnej części profilu. Po wybraniu jej, w pierwszej kolejności pokazywana jest historia uzyskanych do tej pory osiągnięć. Wybranie "Dowiedz się więcej" przenosi do zakładki "Gracze" -> opcja "Osiągnięcia".

"Ranking" prezentuje najbardziej aktywnych graczy serwisu wraz z ilością zdobytych przez nich punktów oraz uzyskanym osiągnięciem. "Dowiedz się więcej" przenosi do listy dostępnych odznaczeń, możliwych do zdobycia na naszym serwisie.

Najczęściej zadawane pytania i objaśnienia poszczególnych odznaczeń:

Aktywność w grach na Wirtualną Gotówkę
Odznaczenie to dotyczy głównie nowych gier pokerowych (bez końcówki 2004 w nazwie) oraz Bingo. Gry na Wirtualną Gotówkę na Pokerach 2004 nie są brane pod uwagę. Im większa stawka stolika lub p**a turnieju, w którym gracz bierze udział, tym większa ilość przyznawanych punktów.

Aktywność w grze
Dotyczy głównie gier bilardowych, jest liczone w zależności od ilości rozegranych danego dnia gier. Nie istnieje tu przelicznik 1 gra = 1 pkt, mechanizm liczenia aktywności jest bardziej złożony.

Wypełnienie profilu
Osiągnięcie przyznawane w cyklach miesięcznych. Jeżeli profil został wypełniony powyżej 50%, odznaczenie pojawi się dopiero 1 dnia kolejnego miesiąca.

Medale
Medale mają standardowo okres ważności 7 dni. Po tym czasie są usuwane z profilu, dalej są widoczne jednak w historii zdobytych osiągnięć.

Beta Tester
Odznaczenie to nadawane jest graczom który w istotny sposób przyczynili się do testowania gier ze statusem BETA.

Popularny profil
Tak jak w przypadku osiągnięcia "Wypełnienie profilu", przyznawany jest 1 dnia każdego miesiąca dla profili o dużej liczbie odwiedzin.

Poker gracz turniejowy
Przyznawane za rozegranie w ciągu jednego dnia 5 turniejów planowanych. W tej grupie nie są brane pod uwagę turnieje kwalifikacyjne, czyli tzw. satelity, np. Champions League Satellite. Osiągnięcie dotyczy wszystkich turniejów rozegranych i zakończonych w ciągu tego samego dnia i przyznawane jest każdego dnia ok. 05.30 UTC czyli czasu serwera, widocznego w grze na dole ekranu.

Poker gracz S&G
Przyznawane za rozegranie w ciągu jednego dnia 5 turniejów Sit&Go. W tej grupie nie są brane pod uwagę turnieje 1 vs. 1 czyli Gladiator. Osiągnięcie dotyczy wszystkich turniejów rozegranych i zakończonych w ciągu tego samego dnia.

Cenzor zdjęć
Osiągnięcie dostępne tylko dla administratorów pokoi publicznych, posiadających dostęp do opcji "Fotocenzor", odpowiedzialnych za akceptowanie lub odrzucanie zdjęć dodawanych przez graczy na profile.
 
Czy niewykorzystane punkty przechodzą na kolejne miesiące?
Tak. W przypadku kiedy gracz posiada np. 800 punktów, 1 dnia kolejnego miesiąca 200 punktów zamieniane jest na status CHIEF o miesięcznym terminie ważności, a na koncie gracza pozostaje 600 punktów.

Mój VIP/GOLD został zamieniony na CHIEF/LORD/ACE
CHIEF/LORD/ACE są bardziej prestiżowym odpowiednikiem konta GOLD, mają dokładnie tą samą funkcjonalność. Zakupiony VIP czy GOLD jest dalej dostępny pod nową nazwą. Jeżeli ważność zakupionego konta wygasa w czasie korzystania z CHIEF/LORD/ACE, status uzyskanego za punkty konta nie ulega zmianie.

Wygrałem 5 turniejów gdzie nagrodami był VIP na 7 dni, dlaczego konto VIP nie jest widoczne na moim profilu?
Konta VIP i GOLD, które są do wygrania w turniejach, nie sumują się. W związku z czym, konto VIP na 7 dni, możliwe do wygrania turnieju, ma ważność tylko 7 dni od czasu zakończenia turnieju. Wygrana 5 turniejów w związku z tym nie oznacza VIPa na 35 dni.

Informujemy o wprowadzeniu nowej funkcjonalności, wprowadzonej specjalnie na życzenie i potrzebę naszych graczy. W zakładce Żetony, menu Przelewy, pod opcją służącą do dokonywania przelewów VIP między kontami, znajduje się "Historia przelewów". Prezentuje ona historię wraz z sumą przelewów na poszczególne nicki, zapłaconym podatkiem oraz bilansem. Istnieje także możliwość filtrowania przelewów do poszczególnych nicków wraz z bilansem. Jest to szczególnie przydatne do śledzenia pożyczek Wirtualnej Gotówki między graczami. Jednocześnie przypominamy, zgodnie z Regulaminem i Netykietą, pożyczki między graczami są na ich własną odpowiedzialność i nie interweniujemy w przypadkach problemów ze zwrotem pożyczek.

We inform you about new functionality made for our players. In Game Chips tab, Transfer chips menu, below chips transfer module, you will find "Transfer history" option. It shows history of VIP transfers made between accounts along with tax paid and balance. There is also possibility to filter out all transfers by one chosen nickname. It's helpful to trace transfers balance to other players. Also, we are reminding that borrowing game chips is at your own responsibility according to Terms of Service and Game etiquette. We are not interfering in case of problems with returning game chips.

Please enter menu "Tools" -> "Internet options" -> "Programs" -> "Manage add-ons". Next in menu "Show" pick: "Downloaded Active X controls". Please check if "GameDesire ..." and "GanymedeNet Games Detector" add-ons are enabled. Next in menu "Show" pick: "Downloaded Active X". Please check if "GameDesire..." is enabled.

Mozilla Firefox

Please enter menu "Tools"->"Add-ons"->"Plugins" and check if GanymedeNet.Detector is enabled. 

Aplication unknown critical error

Sometimes there are problems with compatibility of our games with internet camera's software, especially Logitech brand. Removing Logitech software will allow using games.

No pictures in games

Solution for this problem is to create new administrator account in your operating system.

Click "Start" -> "Settings" -> "Control panel" -> "Users accounts", pick option "Create new account" and enter new user name. Then click "Next", mark "Administrator account" and click "Create account". Reboot your computer and during login again use newly created account.

Error nr 5

Please enter to directory where our application was installed. Default is: C:Program Files/Ganymede. You will find there billiards_uninstall.exe file. Execute it and this way you will uninstall games. After this operation delete all remaining files in this directory.

Next open "My computer", at the top from menu pick "Tools"->"Folder options"->"View"; mark option "Show hidden files and directories", accept your choice by clicking "OK".

On drive C: open directory "Documents and Settings", then open directory named after your user name in operation system, open "Application data" and delete directory "GanymedeNet".

In next step reboot your computer. When you login, install games again. 

Error nr 24/29 

Many problems with games are caused by internet network problems.

First of all unblock ports 6000-6050, 22 and 7000. Our servers are located in USA, which means, that even if your country webpages are working properly, there might be some problems with accessing our games. In most cases, internet routes between countries and atlantic data routes are overloaded. Exact place where problem exist can be checked using WinMTR software.
